Fourthwalling: As long as he doesn't find out he's a fictional character being played by me, it's fine. Though to respect other players, since Onoda really likes anime, there MIGHT BE some characters who... resemble some from his universe. Like... "Nekoemon". That's for YOUR personals, though.
Offensive subjects: As long as it's IC, the sky's the limit with me. On second thought, let's bring this to space.

Hugging: You don't need permission. Onoda's somewhat reserved about physical affection, so hugging him might startle, fluster, and/or confuse him. Of course, this depends on the situation's context, too.
Kissing this character: Same as above, only the results of such an interaction will be magnified tenfold.
Flirting: Go for it! He might not pick up on it if it's subtle, but if it's blatant he will start getting embarrassed.
Harassment: Don't worry about asking me. While Onoda won't like it, I'm game.
Fighting with this character: If an easy victory's what you're after, go for it. He'll barely fight back.
Injuring this character: I accept injuries. If you want to do something crippling, like paralysis or limb loss or anything that will cause a permanent disfigurement I would appreciate contacting me first.
Killing: You have to contact me for this. I'm open to the idea.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Go right on ahead! No permission needed.
Abilities/Warnings: None.
